ANGEL WORLD
Angel World (working title) is a potential 3D animated fantasy-action tv series for teens and adults.
Vicaria is a distorted reflection of our world, where dangerous monsters, super-powered Angels and people with crystalline flesh exist alongside humans, modern technology, and modern social issues. What starts with the matriarchal republic of Calsin defending itself from terrorists and monsters grows into a war between numerous factions and creatures, where ideas and issues of justice, government, power, love, and utopia are all explored.

Angels
In the world of Vicaria, "Angel" refers to any human that has gained superhuman abilities through an encounter with a monster that activated a rare gene.
All Angels possess superhuman strength, healing and reflexes, plus a naturally generated invisible forcefield around their bodies that protects them from most physical harm. The slower the attack, however, the more damage it can do, forcing most Angels to become skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Each Angel has a singular special power, such as flight, telekenesis, electricity, or precognition.
In the country of Calsin, most Angels work for the government, serving as super heroes or special operatives. The most famous is Brick West, Calsin's Superman.
Angel Armor
Angel Armor is special armor that enchances the wearer's strength and durability. As the name implies, wearers gain abilities comparable to true Angels, including force-fields, but to a lesser extent.
Angel Armor is generally restricted to special military personnel, especially "Angel Wings": members of official teams led by Angels. The armor can be folded up into a single gauntlet a person can wear. Some corporations can afford different variants for their workers to use.

Monsters
What would a fantasy world be without monsters?
On Vicaria, monsters are magically corrupted organisms. They come in all shapes and sizes, but their singular goal is to kill humans.
Some monsters occur naturally, and so humans have learned to stick to their settlements or travel well-protected for fear of encountering a colony of giant ants or a monstrous gorilla.
But there are certain humans with a disease that dooms them to become monsters if they die or fail to take medication. The monster they become will reflect their personality. Only recently have scientific advances made it possible to distinguish these people from the general population, and society is still adapting.
